·         Review of maintenance practices and mowing heights to produce the best product while being financially responsible.

·         Programs for chemicals and fertilization – 2 licensed chemical applicators on EGM staff.

Food & Beverage

·         Operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistently high quality of food & beverages being served.

·         Accounting functions can be performed by EGM or EGM can coordinate the accounting functions with the ownership group’s accounting department.

·         Check writing and coding of invoices.

·         Filing of monthly sales tax forms.

·         Preparation of monthly financial statements.

·         Preparation of rounds played reports.

·         Preparation of key numbers report.
